Note: Must be a Global Administrator to configure these settings

The following steps:

1. Log into Azure
2. Navigate to Azure AD
3. Look for and click on User Settings
4. Scroll down to External Users and click on Manage External collaboration settings
5. On the External collaboration settings page, select Guest user access is restricted to properties and membership of their own directory objects option.
6. Press save and your done

Note: these settings will take about 15 minutes to an hour to take full effect.
