This error can occur when you re-do a network switch and I’ve found the following commands fix the problem quickly.

Go to command prompt and elevated the permission.

type the following:

1. netsh winsock reset catalog

2. netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

3. netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

4. Reboot the PC and rejoin the domain.
